CAMP HILL HANDYMAN — MASTER SUBCONTRACTOR AGREEMENT
By registering, submitting a bid, or performing services for Camp Hill Handyman ("Company"), the Subcontractor agrees to the following terms.
1. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
Subcontractor is an independent contractor, not an employee. Subcontractor is responsible for all taxes, insurance, licensing, permits, and business expenses.
2. LICENSES AND INSURANCE
Subcontractor shall maintain all required licenses and insurance. Proof of insurance shall be provided upon request and kept current. Any lapse or cancellation must be immediately reported to the Company.
3. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
Subcontractor shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws, building codes, safety regulations, permit requirements, and industry standards.
4. QUALITY OF WORK
Subcontractor shall perform all work in a professional, workmanlike manner. The Company may require correction of defective or non-compliant work at Subcontractor's expense.
5. CLEANLINESS AND JOBSITE CONDUCT
Subcontractor shall maintain a clean work area, remove debris, protect customer property, use drop cloths when appropriate, leave areas broom-clean upon completion, and immediately report property damage.
6. CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS
Subcontractor shall treat all customers, occupants, neighbors, and Company personnel with professionalism. No abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive language. No alcohol or illegal drugs while working. No smoking/vaping inside customer homes unless authorized.
7. MINORS AND OCCUPIED HOMES
Subcontractor shall maintain professional conduct when minors are present. If no adult 18+ is present, Subcontractor shall notify the Company and shall not enter or continue work inside the residence without authorization. Subcontractor shall never be alone in a private area with a minor.
8. SOLICITATION AND NON-CIRCUMVENTION
Subcontractor shall not solicit, contract with, or accept work from Company customers for 24 months following the last project involving that customer, and shall not bypass the Company to obtain direct work from Company customers.
9. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due upon: completion of work, submission of required documentation, customer payment to Company when applicable, and resolution of all workmanship disputes.
10. NO HARASSMENT OR COLLECTION ACTIVITY
All payment inquiries shall be professional. Subcontractor shall not harass Company personnel or customers, appear at properties seeking payment, contact customers about payment disputes, or make threats regarding payment.
11. ZERO-TOLERANCE THREATS POLICY
Any threats, intimidation, harassment, coercion, physical confrontation, or threatening communication toward the Company, its employees, customers, or representatives results in immediate termination. The Company may cancel work orders, remove Subcontractor from future bidding, report conduct to law enforcement, and pursue all legal remedies.
12–17. ADDITIONAL TERMS
Subcontractor is solely responsible for workplace safety and PPE. Subcontractor is liable for damage caused by their acts or omissions. Workmanship is warranted for 1 year minimum. Confidential Company and customer information shall not be disclosed. The Company may terminate this relationship at any time for any reason. Electronic acceptance has the same legal force as a handwritten signature.
