Any estimates provided are non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Final pricing may change due to unforeseen site conditions, customer-requested changes, material price fluctuations, or code compliance requirements. Work will not begin without customer authorization.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Payment terms will be disclosed prior to commencement of work. Payment may be required in full or in part before services are rendered. Failure to remit payment may result in work stoppage or collection action.
Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice. Deposits, if required, may be non-refundable. Refunds, if any, are issued at our sole discretion based on work completed and materials ordered.
Customers agree to provide safe access to the work area, disclose known hazards, utilities, or structural concerns, and obtain any required approvals from property owners, associations, or municipal authorities unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unless explicitly stated in writing, the customer is responsible for determining whether permits are required. Where permits are obtained by us, work will be performed in accordance with applicable codes and inspection requirements.
We warrant that services will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Except as expressly stated, we disclaim all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dillsburgh Handyman Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
